About TrypSync

TrypSync is a web service specifically designed to facilitate campus-based ridesharing within college communities. Students can either 'Create' or 'Join' Ride Groups (Tryps) to rideshare from or to their desired destinations, promoting safe carpooling among students.

Role & Responsibilities

<aside> 🚀 As our Campus Ambassador, you’ll lead TrypSync’s scaling and success at your University.

You'll be instrumental in expanding the TrypSync platform to thousands of students in your college or university, with a particular focus on recruiting and ensuring the platform runs smoothly. You'll engage with students through both in-person and digital channels, acting as an educator about TrypSync’s services for students from diverse backgrounds, majors, cities, and cultures.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong PM skills & can organize a team across a multi-month timeline
• Is hungry to lead an outreach team that can take over a university
• Can hit it off and connect with thousands of students of diverse backgrounds
• Makes TrypSync visible to their campus every single day both in-person & digitally
• Has deep connections into their campuses community both in and out of the classroom
• Is organized and has excellent organizational skills, and the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to do what it takes to reach goals.

Day-to-Day

• Execute proven awareness & acquisition strategies while also ideating, testing, and tracking new strategies
• Lead 2-3 outreach team members → assign specific, measurable, trackable tasks, and help them execute!
• Track, analyze, and report on multiple live awareness & acquisition strategies to identify trends and make improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams of students to achieve specific and measurable goals
• Deep understanding of their campus community: where student drivers & riders can be found, its trends, and more
